Book Your Kilimanjaro Climb as early as possible
We highly recommend that you book your Kilimanjaro Climb as soon as possible and well in advance (if possible) of your intended departure date – availability can become extremely limited at times.
1. Complete our booking form/contact Page
Should you wish to proceed with a booking, simply go to our booking form by clicking HERE.
Complete the booking form. Should your tour party consist of more than one person, the group leader is required to fill out the booking form on behalf of the other members.
2. Booking progress
On receipt of a completed booking form, we will confirm availability before e-mailing you a pro-forma invoice with payment details. Please make sure to send us proof of your payment, where after you will receive our unique Climbing Kilimanjaro Information Pack to help you prepare for your upcoming adventure.
3. Payment requirements
In order to secure a Kilimanjaro Climb booking, we require a 20% deposit, payable in US Dollars by International Wire Transfer or by Credit Card (all credit card payments are subject to a handling fee).
The balance payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior the tour starting date. Should your tour start in less than 8 weeks, we would require full payment in order secure a booking.
4. Booking confirmation and documents
As soon as we are able to secure reservations on your behalf, we will again acknowledge the relevant details with a Tour Confirmation document.
Two weeks prior the start of a tour, we also send clients a Tour Voucher that contains daily program details.
