   Your proposal – within 24 hours

   A Kilimanjaro specialist reviews your enquiry personally and puts together a tailored itinerary. You’ll receive it by email and, if you shared a number, by WhatsApp.

2. 2

   We refine it together

   Your first proposal is a starting point, not a final answer. We’ll adjust the route, dates, acclimatisation and any extensions until it’s exactly right.

3. 3

   We secure your dates

   Once you’re happy, we’ll hold your preferred departure and park permits while you decide – at no cost and with no obligation.

4. 4

   Confirm when you’re ready

   A small deposit confirms your climb. From there we handle everything – permits, guides, porters, hotels and transfers.
